How to order

HOW TO ORDER IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

If you would like to electronically buy some title(s) from our catalogue, please take note of the following steps:

• Click on the button „Registration“ and fill out the form. Besides your name, it is important for us to have your address, email and telephone contact. User name + password will help you with any further orders, it will be the only thing that you will have to fill out next time.
• Don't forget to choose the way in which you will recieve your goods, there are 2 options:

PRICES OF POSTAL DELIVERY INSIDE OF CZECH REPUBLIC:

• For orders up to 1000 CZK the post is 99 CZK.
• For orders in value from 1000 CZK the post free within the Czech Republic!!

(ATTENTION! For the orders of more than 1000,- CZK the goods must be in stock or the buyer agrees to wait until all the goods are in stock before we ship in order to get the free post.)

POSTAL DELIVERY TO SLOVAKIA - PRICES:

• Orders up to 1000,- Kc the post cost is 200,- Kc.
• Orders up from 1001 to 3000,- Kc the post is 250,- Kc.
• Orders of more than 3000,-Kc the post is free.
• Attention: the goods must be in stock or you might have to wait until they are in stock if you have ordered out of stock goods in order to receive the free postage rate.
• The current exchange rate we use for Czech crownds to Slovak crowns is 100 Kc = 80 Sk

PICK UP IN PERSON

You can pick up your order in person from our store in Prague at Jilska 22 upstairs. We can contact you by SMS or email to let you know exactly when the order will be in the store.

We have another store in Brno and if you request you can pick up the goods at our store there also. That address is Josefska 8/10 - brno@maximum.cz

• Click on the button Basket and see the title(s) you have chosen, if you agree with what is there, just click on „send order“ and leave the rest for us. In a moment you will receive an information in your mail box that the order was succesfully sent.
• Please note that you can send back your order for refund beacuse of damage up to 14 days after receiveing the goods.

RECEIVEING ORDER TIME

Please notice the column called STOCK, if the title has „YES“ there, we have it in stock and you should receive your order within a couple of days. If there is not a „YES“ in this column, it means we don´t have the title in stock and we must order it. In this case receiving might be longer - it depents on transport and which label it is. Unfortunately we can not promise 100% that it will come either. This is due to the fact that the original labels+distributors don´t let us know if something is sold out or deleted. This is especially true of vinyl because vinyl can be sold out in one week from its release. However, it might come back in stock. Naturally we order anything you ask for and we keep on trying to order it for up to 3 months. After that time we will ask you, if you still can wait or want to cancel the order. It is a tricky system, we try to keep our catalog „clean“, but please excuse some problems, which may occur.

HOW TO ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE CZECH REPUBLIC

For ordering outside the Czech Republic there are several options. We will contact every foreign customer individually to decide, which way of paying is the best. Because Czech Republic still does not have Euros in use, international payments are not so easy as in other countries of EU.

• International Money Order system, sending money by the postal order
• Pay through bank
• Send money in an envelope by registered letter
